Tempeh & quinoa balls October 6, 2020 Ingredients For a dozen patties 100g tempeh 1 cup of cooked quinoa (about 200g) 1 egg Coriander or other fresh herbs Spices of your choice Mix all the ingredients and form balls with your hand. Heat 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a pan and cook the balls for 5 minutes. Serve these small balls with the sauce of your choice, a vegetables salad of vegetables or add them into your wraps. Tips: boil the tempeh beforehand and form patties instead of patties.
