Tempeh & quinoa balls

Ingredients

 

For a dozen patties

    • 100g tempeh
    • 1 cup of cooked quinoa (about 200g)
    • 1 egg
    • Coriander or other fresh herbs
    • Spices of your choice

Mix all the ingredients and form balls with your hand. Heat 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a pan and cook the balls for 5 minutes.

Serve these small balls with the sauce of your choice, a vegetables salad of vegetables or add them into your wraps.

Tips: boil the tempeh beforehand and form patties instead of patties.
